SB-1157 & AB-2747

Effective July 1, 2021 (SB-1157) and July 1, 2025 (AB-2747), California requires that affordable and certain multifamily Property Managers offer rental reporting options to residents. California Rental Reporting Laws

  • SB-1157 (Effective July 1, 2021)
