The existing payment provider’s property management software was hampered by incomplete integration and it required PRS personnel to manually enter data for partial rent payments and then compare batches. Lacking any online presence for application, screening and to make the process easier and more efficient, they asked for a solution including an easy-to-use and more convenient rent payment platform with a plan to motivate residents with additional incentive to pay online.
